When you purchase any of our products, you are automatically protected by our guarantee and have 7 days to test it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within this period, you may request a refund via our support email, no questions asked.

We are the official sales channel for these products. Only when you purchase through this site are you guaranteed to receive authentic items and be protected by our guarantee against defects or dissatisfaction.

The delivery time for products is 2 to 5 weeks after the dispatch date.
We send the tracking code within 7 business days after payment confirmation to the email provided at checkout.
We work with suppliers in Asia. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and you may receive more than one tracking code with different dispatch dates.
- In cases of incorrect or incomplete address, unknown recipient, recipient moved, or failed delivery attempts, we are not responsible or liable for a refund. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide correct delivery details.
- Products returned to sender for the reasons above may be reshipped upon payment of reshipment fees by the buyer.
- Importing a product involves multiple carriers, ports, postal services, etc. We cannot expedite delivery or guarantee exact dates. We use economical international shipping with tracking.
- Tracking updates may be delayed due to distance. It is normal for updates to take 20 days or more.
- The estimated delivery window is 4 to 12 weeks; orders may arrive before or after this period, up to a maximum of 12 weeks. Most imports are delivered within 45 days.
- In cases of loss or missing item in the postal system, as indicated by your tracking code, we will send you a gift card for the purchase amount so you can reorder on our site.
- It is the responsibility of recipients awaiting international shipments to pay any customs fees or postal charges to obtain release. The delivery time count starts from payment confirmation.
- All deliveries from November to February may be delayed due to high postal volumes during the holiday season.
- Chinese New Year celebrations (February 11–25): all orders placed during this period will experience a 15-day delay in delivery times.
